could probably use a new cam chain, do the clearances, and a good balance.

mate, sounded ok, maby a bit hesitant on the throttle,,,
warm her right up, kill it then try and restart, if its reluctant to start while hot your carbs may be outa sync or even valve clearances, but seeing as you get them done recently. Id clean the fuel tank, drain carbs bowls till freah fuel comes outa them, spray some carby cleaner ontop of the carbs while running, clean or change air filter, and oil and filter and she'll be right hehe.
being sitting around for a while it may just need a good thrashing,,,, track day
