Tell me about it  There's some seriously big bolts behind those things, I need to find some replacements before they come off.

I dropped into the shop at lunch today and spoke to the guys about what they call the racing kit, they are chasing up at this very moment whether they are going to be able to get it for me. Thanks for the heads up on that one Phil :D

Yep, just got the call from the guys at the shop, they are sending a claim in for it with a pick up date on my bike as being the 1st so chances are I'll get all the gear :D :D :D

According the Kawasaki website it includes:
-Michelin Pilot Power Tyres
-AFAM Rear Sprocket
-Akrapovic Muffler
-Stand Lugs
-Carbon Look Front Brake Lines
-TKA Sponsor Stickers

They'd only just heard about it today at the shop so I definitely owe you a few beers if it all comes through Phil 8) 8) :partyman:

It certainly does Jase!

I'll check out what they want to do if and when the stuff comes in, but I'd like to use up the current tyres first, then get the Pilot Powers fitted. I've got no idea what carbon look brake lines are about...

They are probably steel 'carbon look' braided lines (steel lines with a plastic sleeve), I have them fitted to my bike.
Motorcycle's are inherently unstable...

I just pulled them off... nothing came loose. At the service the dealer put in some screws.

You forgot one last detail of the 10R, the lovely lean angle!! (Sorry about the copyright layer, have ordered the originals on CD)

Havent done much to my bike. Just the bubble screen (solved the vision problem (6'2") and bettered the air flow down EC Straight), Pilot Powers and 1 tooth less on the front (no point of having 1st go to 180 kms/hr). Oh and a gear indicator that for some reason just doesnt want to work proporly, its got a delay. Also adjusted the brake and clutch lever down to make it more comfortable. Also brought the gear shifter down to accomodate my size 16 feet.

You are gonna love this beast Mick. Get your first serivce out of the way and get it to the closest track. Thats what I did. This baby belongs on the Track, not the road.

The only annoying thing with Pilot Powers is having to clean all the rubber from underneath. It also flings up to the tail tip. And if you havent, try cleaning up the rear end, I personally hated it but keep the indicators, they are a very thoughtful addition (the design of them is very practical)
Ride safe mate.

I found a thread on a US forum that talked about the reflectors, what I should be able to do when I get my steering dampener is put the screws taken off the front of the tank to to the back of the tank (slightly longer at the front), then take the screws from the back of the tank and put them in place of the reflectors as they are the same size as the lower ones.

What brand of double bubble did you get?

I also had to adjust the clutch and brake levers too, but I knew that from the test ride. Haven't had to worry about the gear lever though, but then I don't have clown feet
