ZX7R Forks

Post by mrmina »

Cos i bought my bike second hand and i think the Kawasaki manual could be wrong.

Can some one please tell me the distance C (in the pic). I need to know the standard setting, so can someone shed any light who has not changed their fork settings since new/factory.

A is the top of the fork not including the cap
B is the top of the triple clamp
C is required

Its a 1997 ZX7R-P2

PLEASE :!:

To double check I found a zx7r brochure that has a good pic of the forks tops and the dims I gave look about right.. You can see about 3mm of gold fork tube above the triple clamp..
