Has anyone used "Ivan's Smog Removal Kit"
As I need to installed something to stop air running though (pairing valve) or this will damage my Auto tuner.(false reading)

I made my own for my old Cagiva Raptor. The Suzuki system is really basic. You can just block it off (at either end), or remove the whole system and block off the holes, which is what I did.
Which bike is it for?
They normally just suck or pump air from the airbox into the exhaust port. If you want it to look "factory" you can just plug the pipes and reinstall.

Kawasakis are the same, you can simply just block off what's there. As long as the hose from the airbox is blocked you're set
